anyone else having problems with them.........i deposited using my visa debit card and now they said they need my debit card number on a bank statement but my bank doesnt have it on a bank statement so i dont know how to prove that its me. this is so fricken stupid like what the hell took a picture of the card isnt that enuff. is it ok if i deposit with my credit card then verify account with that or does it have to be ur first deposit

Work with WPT's customer service. In all your dealings with them be calm, polite and helpful. The person you are dealing with is the gateway to your account, so you want them to be on your side.
I suggest that you create a PokerStrategy.com customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined and so on. I don't know if PokerStrategy.com customer service can help, but it is good that they know.
