Should I continue to lbuff here? Should I use 2 sizing 40% and 100%? I think if I go full pot I might get called more because they might think that I should be checking a lot here as most of my range is straights. So block betting makes more sense, but maybe that's just the fish in me talking. Also he should have a lot of Flushes I think.
Anyway I give up he had 
no FD.

The river is a decent card to bluff on I think. I wouldn't surprised if you would barrel 2/3 pot that a set could even fold here, but really villain depended. At least for a PLO fish like me it will be hard calling with a set of QQ, but than I would go all the way on the flop without a 
in the hand.
It will be interesting to see if you can keep you're promise

I dont think river is a good card to bluff. Villain called twice (did not shove turn). So he usually has a flush or set, we only get to fold a busted club-flushdraw and we have better SDV against anything else that has made hand value so that bet would not make sense. (he would probably have shoved a straight ott, a fish still could have those but has much more other hands too)
I think barreling turn was a mistake (I'd rather use my straightblocker as a bluff-catcher to check-call a hand that can improve against a straight) and I think check-fold river is best.
PS: if he is a loose fish having lots of hands betting turn is better but I'd still check-fold river.
Looks like clear x-f on every street to me. Not sure why we get involved here with very weak made hand, no draw and not premium blockers either.

My initial reaction to flop raise was "WHY?". Even with blockers it's not a great spot, as 98 and fd gives tons of outs to non-straight hands that will call, and then most turns change the board. And it's a limped pot, where we are risking 6bb to win 5bb. I don't think he would fold way over half of his hands on that board, as he definitely has something (wouldn't bet with air on draw heavy board in limped pot. And he is a limper.). I think overall our gameplan should be "don't try to bluff call-happy players to fold their hits".
