how do we approach these sort of flops vs a random
paired flop, 2 high cards which hits both our ranges, without backdoor flush draw

i bet there, but i feel like he has more Js and Ts in his calling range than i do in my 3b range...
probably know the answer to my question, but trying to get other opinions

Bet range. You have similar amount of Tx but you have more Jx as you should 3bet AJo/KJo and he should never call this. Also a lot of your hands have decent equity. For example your AK has 2 overs and gutshot.

I guess you 3bet at least TT+ and AJ+ and most of the time those hands have decent equity against villains calling to 3bet range and I would go for a small Cbet of around 1/3 pot and re-evaluate on further action.
