You can use "equity-vs-nuts" considerations when planning your hand but you gotta take into account that villain has a whole range of hands. At SPR2 it is a leak to gii with nuts-only and most people also do not play like that. If you have the required all-in equity, you should always try to get the money in instantly unless your hand is strong enough to slowplay (those hands have to be real monsters like strongest made hands + nutdraw), it's a guideline for beginners which I also follow to this day. When getting it at break-even equity in you'd rather prefer to be last one with the aggressive action cause you want to collect any pice of minor FE you can get. Even 2-3% FE can add up over time. No matter if ip or oop, if your hand is strong enough to ramble but composes of multiple (non-nutted) components it is an indicator you should be either raising or folding. (-> smooth equity distribution).
When your range awareness becomes better, you can start calling more hands in position and start folding selectively.
Example: SB 3bets you call on BTN. board comes K♥:7♥:3♠: and you have naked :Kx::Kx: top-set. Solver is never raising ip but still folding without FD-BL vs a river shove in a BXB line (we'd call a pot-sized cbet otf). On microstakes it would be still okayish to just shove, people stack-off more light on the light texture and we solve the problem of difficult playability on certain runouts). Playing the hand fast kinda is an emergency route to prevent future mistakes (like overfolding at ultra-low SPR's) despite it is deviating from solver play. You can do this cause 1. nobody will exploit the fact you have weakened your calling range, 2. they are not aware of potentially too little polarization at that aggressive line but at the same time have no bet-folding line either and 3. the impact of it at lower SPR's is also reduced (cause a shove is technically ending the hand and we alternatively could just play shove or fold strategy with a condensed range which is not optimal though but not that much worse in EV overall either).
Edit: I just noticed you were the PFA. I'll leave my comment for the case you'd be in villains spot one day. To the hand: You can either cbet-call alllin or check-shove. when you cbet make sure to jam all turns. Also when cbetting the flop you'd rather pot it, it generates more FE. If you want to have a bet-folding range, you'd be betting small like 1/3 pot. I already explained the theory behind OOP play at SPR2 here:
