Noticed on GGPoker there is a freeroll with Pokerstrategy, but didn't notice anything on the forum
Does anyone know how to qualify?

Welcome to PokerStrategy.com 
I didn't even know that there were such freerolls.
I suspect that you had to sign up to GGPoker through PokerStrategy.com.
if you did, and still can't get in, I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined and so on.
