I was nearly sure I'm behind when the opponent raised me at the river. The gutshot for the straight hitted at the turn. And also I only have one pair.

I would raise 5x on NL2 with 1 limper in the pot from the SB.
Flop is pretty dry, but if you deal with passive villains a bigger bet than normal isn't bad.
Otherwise 10c is big enough. On turn I would barrel most likely more against 2 passive villain.
River I would or check/fold or shove with less than a pot size behind. Now you are priced in to call.
