Everybody hates to play OOP in Omaha. BB may have many hands in this situation, on flop he may have 7 without A kicker, overpair, fd or both, on turn may have already straight. Normally I make 1/3 bet on river, 7xxx, straight, Q7 and flush will call, QQ will raise. When you check river it's also nice spot for pure bluff for BB.

When block betting river with hand having showdown value question is if we get enough weaker hands to call. In this case we maybe get weaker trips to call but it seems too thin.

So I would mainly x-f as we also block hearts which we would want villain to have. We have no clubs either. Alternatively we could sometimes go for river x-r bluff but it's quite a ballsy move. Hand itself is ok for it not having club and having trips to block boats. Not having club make it more likely opponent is value betting flush which should be in tough spot facing raise. But yeah some players might not value bet flushes at all and getting boat to fold is usually very tough.
