PLO200 AKJJss 3bet pot, postflop line?

Villain is active laggy player. Not maniac though and seems like ok player.

Preflop went for 3bet but I think its reasonable as call also.

Flop seems to me like pot or check-raise for not having much to do with straightening cards. Decided to pot and turn is bit nasty. Still SPR is now 0.9 so its bit nasty to x-f. Shove could still be ok I guess.

At SPR 3,5 solver likes to bet 50% and call a raise. With a pot bet, you shouldn't have much pot-folds, so there is not much room for opponent to make any moves. Versus more aggro half a pot bet or even c-raise works really well, but if opponent is more balanced then pot is quite easy way to make sure you won't get yourself into any nasty situations. Once potting the flop, I would shove any turn. 7 is not great, but it also doesn't complete any oesd. He still has a lot of weaker hands in his range that will call you. If he happens to have 98xx, you still have 20% equity. Versus anything else you have more, and to shove you need 30% or so overall. And as said, he has hands in his range that you beat.
