I am searching for the option to bet a preset percentag via the betting button.
I found the hotkey section, where I can bet and raise x percentage via a preset hotkey but would prefer to click it with the mouse. Is there a way to do that?

In the PokerStars client, on the right-hand side, click "Settings", then on the left-hand side, click "Gameplay".
You will see:
I could not find a way to bet by pot percentage pre-flop, but it is certainly possible post-flop
