Q9o checkraise with gutshot vs reg 3way

It's NL2 and than it's harder to represent something, because most villains aren't really thinking what you could play like this.
The only way to win after the check raise is to go for a bluff on turn and if villain called on river as well.
Change you hit a straight isn't likely with 3 clean outs.

In general I would even consider folding pre-flop with a Q9o that hasn't much playabillity post-flop. Especially out of position it's hard to play back in a multi way pot if you miss like now. Trying to out play without position is really tough without any info that it could work enough to make it a +ev move on long run.

He folded Turn, i was like, umm i tank already 5 secs, should i bet and how much... but that 1/3 cbet on flop does look weak imo for a reg on NL2 ipoker

It could look weak, but it's hard to predict why villain makes that 1/3 Cbet sizing. Maybe it's standard sizing of him/her or just clicking buttons.
