I am currently in Hong Kong and I found out the buying status with credit card payment function is not available in my region. I will move to Australia in a few months later, I would like to know can I buy my status in Australia?
Earlier this year I heard that pokerstrategy will resume the buying status function. Buy I still no able to do that after months waiting.

I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can.
If anyone can answer your question, they will be the ones.

I'm in the United States and have the same problem.. I have opened a ticket .. It will not let me buy a package. This is the message that pops up.

If you've opened a ticket, there's not much more you can do.
The best way to get status at this point is to sign up to an affiliated poker room using one of our links.
