Until river standard. Horrible runout. I could do some middle/smallish bet to control pot river. But even so little hands I can get value with that. After the bet easy fold?

They're never easy, but you're quite right — this runout totally sucks, so folding makes sense.

Folding is indeed pretty standard. Another spot you could think off a block bet for thin value, but check/fold is fine for sure without reads on villain.
