I checked, and found that the link is indeed broken.

That one works, but the download link https://www.pokerstrategy.com/cdn-origin.pokerstrategy.com/poker-tools/icm-trainer/download/setup_icmtrainer.exe/ is broken.

I have put in a request to have this checked. If it can be fixed, I'll reply again.
If I was wrong, and if you are using different links, please past them here, but without the http:// part.
