UTG1 folds, UTG2 raises to $0.08, Hero raises to $0.12, 2 folds, CO calls $0.12, BU calls $0.12, SB calls $0.10, BB folds, UTG2 calls $0.04.

Flop: ($0.64) T:c, 6:d, A:c (5 players)
SB checks, UTG2 bets $0.30, Hero calls $0.30, CO raises to $1, BU folds, SB folds, UTG2 folds, Hero folds, CO gets uncalled bet back.

I know I played it wierdly preflop, but what should I have done on the flop?

Preflop raise about 4-5 times original raiser. In these tables it is better to raise more than normal. But it is ok to raise 3,5 or so (which is standard)
In these limits (especially beginner tables at partypoker - saw you once there), they go all-in with weak aces, draws, even second pair or nothing is enough sometimes. So you can raise this after one bet (ca. 1,5 - you can make it big here), if there comes a 4bet/shove, you can call/push.
Ofcourse you sometimes run into set or two pair - especially when there is so many opponents.

Postflop I´d raise to 1-1,4$ and likely call shove.
