Hi Bort, I have requested the payment last night - this should be in your account pretty soon. Depending on the volume we request once every 1-2 weeks.

I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username on Coinpoker, and the full details of the problem you are facing.

Hi, depending on the number of requests we send the requests over to CoinPoker every 1-2 weeks. In your case it was a bit unlucky - you sent your request the day after we forwarded the previous batch.
We will forward your request likely Tuesday or Wednesday next week.
