Call and fold turn if unimproved?
Its pretty tough to fold any turn to be honest. On blank we have still pretty high raw equity with set+fd. On flushing turn we have still bluff catcher vs second barrel but also equity with set. Actually kind of ironically I would hate to face big bet most on pairing river (non 7) as then we might actually be often drawing for just one out.
Bad thing of call is that when we make flush we dont really want to face more aggression or even value betting one street is tough as flush is so low. On pairing card we mostly have bottom boat which is also somewhat thin to try to get two street. On other side we do keep opponent range bit wider and we dont necessarily do good enough vs stack off range if raising.
With raise we kinda aim to push our raw equity. E.g. we do beat dry nut straight equity wise but if it comes with some support then not so much. Also we might run into higher set with higher fd which would be worst case scenario. But yeah that is pretty rare. On other hand if we run into dry straight we get "implieds" by getting it in on flop in case we improve. If we had like A77x with nfd then I would always raise as our equity is never that bad.
