Prohibited while our software is running ALL IN Expert, ColoringTool, Combonator, HoldemResources Calculator, ICMIZER, MonkerSolver, PokerStove, PokerStrategy's Equilab, ProPokerTool's Odds Oracle, SimpleNash, Slice, Texas Calculatem, CardRunners EV, Flopzilla, GTO+, Holdem Indicator, HoldEq, InstaGTO(3), Koculator, PioSolver, PokerSnowie, SharkyScanner 4, SharkyStrator, SimplePostflop, SitnGo Wizard(3).

The following Hand2Note features are not available live at the tables:
• Positional and Dynamic HUD.
• Preflop and postflop diagrams (they'll be replaced by a list of hand categories).
• Stats based on player's known pocket cards.
• Auto color markers on players showing either player is a fish or a reg.
• Badges.

These restrictions mean that the players will need to upgrade to the latest version or risk being deemed to use an illegal tool.

For the avoidance of doubt, any software which advises or removes the decision process, or automates the interaction with the poker client by a human being is strictly prohibited while playing at the tables.

Actions and potential consequences:
Any player deemed to be using such software may have their poker account permanently closed and/or funds confiscated to recompense those players affected by its illegitimate use against them.

The good news is that neither PokerTracker 4 nor Holdem Manager 3 are on that list.
That bad news is that Holland Casino is not on the list of supported sites for PokerTracker 4.
I can't check to see if it is supported by HM3, since I don't have that software.

I asked Hollnd Casino. this is the answer:

You may use these programs as long as they do not do the following:
Any software that advises on or replaces the decision-making process, or automates interaction with the poker client by a human, is strictly prohibited while playing at the tables.
In short, if Manager 3 and PokerTracker 4 do not influence interaction, automate processes, or provide advice on possible bets, they are allowed to be used.
