It does not seem like the support has processed your ID information yet. Are you sure you sent it to security@pokerstrategy.com from the e-mail address you signed up with?

Please be aware that it takes 48 hours for them to process the ID and another 48 hours to transfer the capital (in terms of working days). So if you haven't waited that long there is no need for concern.

Will i get the info if my ID has been processed?

Ok it has been 48(weekend not included) hours and my ID hasn't been processed yet. I have written a ticket 2 days ago, but no answer. I've read 2 poker books, rechecked data few times. Everything is correct.

Hi, I also have the same problem, I don't have a problem waiting but i think you can make an AUTO replay msg to the email so we can see that u recive our mails.

i sent the ID as u asked me to and after i sent u more msgs at the ticket you told me you did not recive the mail or something... so i sent again and i still dont know if u saw it.

Its been 5 days no answers in tickets and forums no money maibe were just waisting our time here?

just make sure you sent your information to the correct e-mail and wait, they will process the information and let you know via e-mail or support ticket.
