He has some 2pairs in his range, 9x, busted FDs - although he might have raised strong hands earlier in the hand.
But still, you barreled twice which is somewhat strong on this board, so he'll be checking behind most 1pair-hands.
He might bluff with a busted FD, but i want to get value in this spot.
Furthermore you could try and bet small (like 1/4 of the pot) to induce a bluffraise because your bet looks like a blockbet.

edit: i thought about it a second time, maybe it isn't as obvious as i thought in the first place, but i'd still bet because you have a strong hand. Playing c/c would be turning it into a bluffcatcher, i like to catch bluffs with weaker hands if i'll have some in the same spot.

bet ~30$ and go broke, u miss a ton of value by c bcs board is extra scary, any strong hand which is not a monster would just c to get to cheap sd esp with his 2.3 af, but will call with his wts a lot worse. If he made runner runner flush, its just setup anyways, but not betting would be deffo a mistake given the overall board texture and opponent

It's pretty clear he has 2 pair or a set right? Maybe K9 or Q9. You still thinking betting out is the best thing to do, or is a c/r allin (notice we're 150bb deep) more +ev?

My stats on table were 31/29/2.8 with 15% 3bet. ~50 hands. been pretty active before.

A c/r won't accomplish much. He will likely fold his 2pair or set to a c/r, but sometimes he won't even bet.
The problem is if he is betting 2pair here he is effectively turning it into a bluff which he should not do and will not do.
Even though you were active he can't assume you're capable of that kind of a bluff.
So just bet the river.

Edit: If he has 9x he will call your bet for sure, but again he could be afraid of the backdoorflush and check behind which would be catastrophically in terms of EV-maximizing.
