Did I play this one correctly?

against an unknown oppenent just calling the 3-bet on the turn and raising the river is quite often a monster type hand for a fishy player.

With that said if you gave him a reasonable range of QQ, TT-99, AQs, KJs+, Q8s+, AQo, KJo+, Q9o+ your equity is around 53%. Ideally you want an equity of atleast 67% because in most cases worse hands will just call your 3-bet whereas better hand will cap.

So calling the river raise would be the best bet for me.

bet flop! yes you have a monster hand but every :club:, 8, J, K or cards that pair the board could kill your hand/the action.
turn is standard.
river looks like a call to me... it´s close against a fishy opponent though. it could still easily be a Q which just called the turn to make sure that the river blanks... i still prefer to call because you showed a HUGE amount of strengh and he still doesn´t care...
