Flop: 6♦: K♥: T♠: ($4.50, 4 players)
BB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets $3, BTN raises to $7.75, BB calls $7.75, UTG folds, $4.75 to Hero ($22.90)?

So I put one of the guys on a set and one on QJ** - is check call the best option? bet 3 bet (don't like that)?

I like the idea of check instead of betting , on that board there are plenty of hands that call your bet (like two pairs, QJ , whatever) and getting a freecard is not bad for your hand and you will often get it since there's only 1 player to act after you.

As played, 3bet doesn't achieve much since BB is never folding and you get amazing odds to call and see a turn. be carefull if you turn a nine though.
