Nice hand! this player is obv a calling station and therefore there's no reason to take your foot off the pedal!

_cool:

im just wondering what went wrong today.. im playing the same as i always do but i lost like 4 / 5 all ins :(

and then i got situations like this ... and still goes wrong! WHAT AM I DOING WRONG :f_cry: :f_cry:

all my aces got beat as well lol

well at least i didnt think i played this hand wrong. as you said he is a calling station and i should just bet bet bet like i did _o:

Yeah well that's sss for you :(

That's why I don't gauge my playing performance by the amount of stacks I win or lose, rather by how solidly I played. Naturally it isn't nice when you lose money but at least you'll always know it's +ev in the long run. Of course when I lose money I always analyze the hands to make sure I did in fact play correctly.

Don't tell me you lost this hand? _o:

if he had a 2 (A2 maybe?) it's a pretty sick beat for you; but nothing you could have done and well played. Same goes if he had Q3 - what are the chances?!

i'm having a bad time at the moment too, if it makes you feel any better...

Tim

if you click on the PLAY HAND button it will replay the hand and you can see if i actually won or lost this hand with a fullhouse! i cant say in the message as it might influence the judge or other people with opinions.

but i played the hand fine right?

normally in a free play situation i never bet unless i have two pair or better! so i decided to keep on betting but keep my bet sizes around 3/4 pot size because i wanted that fish to keep calling me _biggrin:

oh I didn't see that link...

so would you have played it the same as me? _grin:

definitely _cool:

Hey wowadvisor,

nice hand. There's absolutely no other way to play this hand. All you could do is bet slightly more on flop and turn, but that's it.

It's pretty sick to see what happened in replay, but wth, it's poker. :)

Don't get discouraged Wowadvisor, my current record is -18BI over 2000 hands. That's SSS and it's variance :)
