Preflop: I would raise it up. As played if you think you can stack him off OOP go ahead and call for set-value.

Flop: The FD is unlikely but then again I don't mind c/r and get it in right here. c/c flop c/rai turn would be more risky and also looks more strong even though I doubt it will make any difference against that guy.
I think that the main difference between c/r flop (1) and c/c flop c/rai turn (2) is that you probably will extract more value from TT-QQ in (1). With KJ+ he is going broke in in both lines.
