as tommy angelo puts it: there are spots in poker where it doesnt matter what you do.
we could try to define ranges here, then see how much equity we need given how big the pot is ... but in the end, this spot should be so damn close, that its rly hard to tell.
since your stats from the first 50 hands indicate him beeing a passive fish, i tend to fold here. i think a passive fish will more often call pair+ combos. his raising range seems to be heavily weighted towards 2pair+.
im sure though tribun the old station will call 
however, twicet is weak and folds here.

i think if it were 7 instead of 8 or there were only two colours or he were a bit more aggressive it would be very close or a shove. it's also very close imo if the NL200 level at that particular network is very aggressive. otherwise i think there's no shame in folding.
