You can bet 1.8$ on the turn and then make it 3.5$ on the river.

Actually given that MP2 is limping from UTG he's almost certainly bad, so you can forget about standard betsizing on dry textures and make it bigger all the way, he likely won't care.

I'd start by making it $0.6 preflop and going for 3/4pot on flop and turn. The river is trickier because it's probably a scary card for him, so sticking with something between 1/2pot and 2/3pot is probably a better choice.
