Should I have called? He didn't seems to have hit anything...

Hmmm. You don't really have enough stats on UTG to be able to know with what he does this.

But, you only have at best 6 outs for you overcards - your hand is 'trash' and villain is way ahead with any pocket pair or even a hand like 8,9 - so I think you do the right thing in folding.

Nice hand, imo.

I save it for another hand until i have concrete reads. On the other hand, its only NL25 so a call for info isn't expensive at all :P

Trash hand in flop. Vilain shows strengh making a push. Easy fold.

Hey phullhand,

after only 12 hands we consider villain as unknown and against unknown playing basic strategy according to the articles is the best way to play your hand.

So, give up on the flop with trash hand when opponent donks into you with a shove. Good laydown.
