why cant i have these donkeys at my table :P when ever i get QQ i always run into AK/KK/AA


Hi,

These guys aren't full stacked and are obviously bad, it's fine to get it all-in with QQ there. You might consider making a normal 4bet not to scare them off or to let them come over the top, but given that BB is short and UTG is passively calling everything, just shoving it in here is fine as he won't 5bet himself.
