maybe 3bet and take all dead money would be better? Is there any arguments for cold calling? as playd is flop donk/fold good?

Hi,

There are no arguments for coldcalling, you are out of position, BU seems decently tight, you hand has marginal multiway value since it's not even suited. Either 3bet it or fold it. If you 3bet it's basically a bluff, BU will never call you with worse unless he defends loose in position, which his stats don't suggest so far. It will likely look strong but i think BU's range for isolating the two guys is decently strong too, i'd pass on this one only you know he's folded to 100% of 3bets so far or you've seen him isolate a few times already.

Hope it helps.
