In my oppinion yes. You had the nuts and wanted to protect your hand from FD.
Villain could have raised prf with any broadway or Ax+ and on the flop you are ahead even against AK, in which case his raise would make sense.
By calling , and betting again on the turn, the villain may get scared because he has fewer odds now and may realize that you have your set..
I dont think he bluff-raised your bet on the flop, unless he didnt believe you and it is too expensive

Your main goal on playing small PPs is hitting aset on flop. On most flops you want to get it all in now. So your shove was correct. If he happens to have AA or KK here, its a cooler.
Preflop you can raise it up. I like raising PPs from every position (if there is less than 3 limpers).

Standard all-in on the flop... this is just a cooler. Set vs set happens, but not very often.

Hi,

On an AK4 board your opponent can have 9 combos of AK, and only 6 combos of KK+. Since he won't ever fold any of those, getting it in is always +EV with your set of 4's.
