No Limit Holdem Tournament
$15+$1
9 players
Converted at weaktight.com

Stacks:
UTG (1455)
UTG+1 (1660)
MP1 (1710)
MP2 (900)
MP3 (1415)
CO (1420)
BTN (2125)
SB (1545)
Hero (BB) (1270)

Blinds: 25/50

Pre-flop: (75, 9 players) Hero is BB 2♦ 7♦
2 folds, MP1 calls 50, 4 folds, SB calls 25, Hero checks

Flop: K♦ 3♦ 4♦ (150, 3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets 150, MP1 folds, SB raises to 300, Hero goes all-in 1,220, SB calls 920

Villain was weak player, called raises with speculative hands in MP, etc. I've seen him bluffing a missed flush on the river with A high in a raised pot.

I bet pot for protection, and shove because my flush is so weak that any fd has me crushed so slowplaying is terrible. He probably can't let go of a draw+pair or something, and sometimes he'll have the A :diamond:X :diamond: but that would be too much bad luck even for me.

His check/minraise makes it look like a larger flush. Unless you can read that specifically, and fold, then you have no choice but to push here.

Hi all,

Nice hand well played. Flush > flush 30bb deep...! Too much of a cooler to even consider!
