Hi,

I'm bet/calling especially with such a weak turn bet, from players with those stats you'll induce shoves from hands that you beat by betting small in that spot.

33% fold to 3bet isn't that interesting over a small sample but it could mean he can also have 33 there, althought it's doubtful he'd just shove over your turn bet since it's the best way to make you fold worse hands.

Given how aggressive he is, unless he views you as a tight player i'm not even sure he only flats with TT preflop so he just isn't representing much when he shoves that turn. I think you'll see stuff like KcQc or other random crap often enough from lagtards to make bet/call profitable here.
