If he bet river i fold. IMO he can easily have A with a small card and made 2 pairs too.

Hi,

It's fine with no reads on his donkbets. You can also just call the flop to let him continue to bluff or valuebet worse hands if that's what he's doing, since the board is rather dry we're not afraid of much and controlling the size of the pot with TPTK that way can come in handy. River should probably be a valuebet after he checked again but seeing a showdown against a funky line from an unknown is a decent option too.

If he donks the river after check/calling the turn his line doesn't make much sense at all, i'd probably end up looking him up unless he just shoves.
