Hi,

Given the stack sizes there is no way you're ever folding on that flop, if somebody has a J so be it.

From there your goal is to get the most money out of their respective ranges, and just open shoving is rather scary for them. I'd consider either c-betting less to let them shove over or check to them hoping they put you on AK and shove whatever they have themselves.
