I don't know whether this is a busted draw bluff often enough for me to call. He is probably playing mostly pocketpairs but I think a set would raise me on the turn latest, given his aggression factor. Since he is so tight, I think it will not be so likely for him to have a connector or suited type hand which would decrease the chance of him bluffing with a busted draw.
