Holdem Manager No-Limit Hold'em, $100.00 (HH Converter by Kreatief & Marple08)

SB 29/19, AF 3.3(River AF 5), WTSD 9/W@SD 33
Mp3 41/3

1st hand:

I think the Flop and the Turn is standard, maybe the betsizes could be a bit bigger.

Can I call this river without reads ? It just looks like a missed draw, but i dont know much about him.

MP2 ($32.77)
MP3 ($25.62)
CO ($21.50)
BTN ($44.84)
SB ($111.89)
BB ($101.75) _________ (Hero)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J♥, A♦
1 folds, MP3 calls $1.00, CO calls $1.00, 1 folds, SB calls $0.50, Hero raises to $4.00, MP3 calls $4.00, 1 folds, SB calls $4.00,

Flop: A♥, 5♠, 8♥ ( $16 )
SB checks, Hero bets $12.00, 1 folds, SB calls $12.00,

Turn: 9♣ ( $40 )
SB checks, Hero bets $26.00, SB calls $26.00,

River: 5♦ ( $92 )
SB bets $68.89, 1 folds,

2 hand
It was just the next hand on the table.

I think bet/call Flop is standard.

Whats my line on Turn+River ? My FD is not the best, but i think if i hit one of my draws i can get money of his J.

NH ?

first of all preflop is way to small..
u have two limpers, the sb completes and u just raise to 4$ OOP.
It should be like 6$ because u want to play your hand max. headsup.

The continuation bet is ok. I dont like to bet the turn again. You are 3way and he can of course have some flushdraws but also 67,55,88 maybe some weaker hands like A5-AT and some 8s.

I prefer a checkbehind on the turn and call many river. You just have a mediocre toppair hand and u should use potcontrol there. On the river you may catch some bluffs or if he checks u can valuebet bet thinly .

Second hand:
Hmm i think you should nearly always bet the river if u hit. I see there many Jacks checking behind because they fear the flush/fullhouse.
And if u would have bet the river like 2/3 pot and he raises its a fold because your hand is pretty obvious and he would never (very usually) raise his trips.

I would probably go for a check behind in the first hand on the turn as well. And then call a river bet or bet it myself. As mentioned before raise bigger preflop.

Second hand is a fold on the turn imo. Its a paired board and you could be behind already and thus having quite a bit reverse equity.
As played you have to call the river bet though. I like checking the river better then donking because he does seem rather agressive on that street and I really dont want to see a raise to our riverbet on that board imo.

there are of course reverse implied odds but i think the odds are good enough to call his gutshot+FD on the turn i think.

I dont agree with checking the river
because he would often checkbehind his trips and u wont get value very often. That makes ur turn call -ev.
If u bet , maybe like half a pot (giving him a crying call) u can make ur turncall +ev and he often calls with his trips.
AND if he really raises u have the easiest decision because u´ve played ur hand pretty obvious

hand 1:
its a HM-Bug i think. I raised it to 5$. Usually i bet 6$ or 7$, but because of the 2shorties i do it a little smaller.

1. I'd fold on the river, he might have a straight/full played that weired way and we have no reads at all. raise 6 or 7 pre btw.

2. I am also donking the river just because he is gonna check behind a lot since everything gets there. If he raises I fold, since he wouldn't raise worse. We cann also fold turn btw as osmium said. Kinda close though.

Best regards,
