raise flop for value and go there
I haven´t almost never get my hands to showdown when he bets flop, turn, and river
I think he´d b/c or b/f a lot more than bet/3-bet. Against re-raise you can fold or go all-in depends your reads

raising the flop seems to be a good idea. you dont have so many hands from him but i dont think that this guy becomes a solid tag. there are many weaker Q in his range.

I also raise the flop with this hand. He can bet us off our so easy with ugly cards on the turn or river.

Call Turn must be a really bad play. Against what hands do you want to go to showdown with AT ,4*?

I think so, too.
Raise the turn for protection, value and free SD, is doesn't even have to be big, make it 24 and get paid off.
If he 3bets - easy fold.

When draws hit the river and he leads into you - easy fold.
