Preflop: Hero is SB with Q:c, 9:d.
7 folds, Hero raises, BB 3-Bets, Hero calls.

Flop: (6 SB) 2:c, 9:s, T:c (2 players)
Hero bets, BB raises, Hero 3-Bets, BB caps, Hero calls.

Turn: (7 BB) 7:d (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets, Hero calls.

River: (9 BB) K:d (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 11 BB.

I think there was a good chance that preflop and flop raise from BB was just that he didn't want to let me steal his blinds. My blind stealing percentage on table was like 40-45%.
My question is, after his flop raise, did I play it too aggressively? Would be calling his raise and reevaluting on the turn better?

As you played it I like your 3-bet on the flop. His raise isn't too strong but after his cap you have to fear being behind so a calldown is the best you can do.

But I wouldn't donkbet the flop in the first place. He was the preflopaggressor so you should let him bet on the flop but raise him then and go on from there. Against a 3-bet you should only calldown as well as it's again a strong move but not strong enough to fold as it's a blindbattle where he should have enough worse hands to justify a calldown.
