should I bet flop? maybe bluff induce on later streets? I think I wrong assumped he might have pp here.

Hi,

17 hands isn't enough to draw any conclusion but if he maintains those stats it's likely that he has a lot more than just Qx and pocket pairs when he calls you preflop.

As played after checking back the flop i'd call that turn bet with AJ-high and reevaluate on the river. If you don't want to put yourself in that spot just c-bet the flop and be done with it
