hi guys, i have just got confirmation from ladbrokes poker that i am tagged to pokerstrategy.
i sent the e-mail to system@pokerstrategy.com.Is this the right address?
Also wondering if my points will be backdated to when i started.

I'm not 100% sure on the email address you've given as have never used it myself.
You could however use the support ticketing system though (unless you need to attach anything of course):
