villain loose aggressive preflop. passive post flop, maybe just check call turn and river for pot control?

I think you can raise flop and get all-in, since unless player holds set or two pair you´re favorite against his hand
leading out turn and b/c river is fine.
You can´t fold river, since pot is too big and he can shove there with worse hands
