If you've seen him minraise as a standard before the chances of him just spazzing over your 3bet increase so shoving starts becoming viable, but really you'll often kill your good results by starting to guess in that spot the first time around and overplaying QQ against that line from quiet unknowns, there are plenty of safer spots to make money.
