Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.25/$0.5 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

Known players:
[tg]MP3$11.50:///////;CO$77.70:///////;BU(Hero)$57.75:///////;SB$66.30:///////;BB$53.30:///////;MP2$30.25:///////;[/tg]

Villain has 3 bet me almost every time I raise first in, especially in blinds. I've been folding every time and had enough

Preflop: Hero is BU with 5:c, 6:c.
3 folds, Hero raises to $1.50, SB raises to $5.00, BB folds, Hero raises to $9.50, SB calls $4.50.

I should have bet more here, though he 4 bet me last time I did that.

Flop: ($19.5) 6:h, 4:c, T:d (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $10.00

I bet small not to look like I'm trying to push him off the pot on such a board.

you can call 56s ip if you think he is making too many moves
if youré going to 4-bet then 12$ is better size than 9,5$
I think c-bet is fine, just don´t know if you should call shove if he decides to shove :)
so you can maybe also try to check back flop, call turn and evaluate river
or go b/c on the flop, since you have now one pair and he can shove with Ax
