Do you c-bet this kind of flop or c/f it all day ? I get raised on flop in 3-bet pot all the time, can I shove here? His bet is kinda weak
Btn bets, expects to steal blinds, u 3-bet, he calls in hope of getting down the pot (at least that would I do), so for (future) information I'd shove it.

I think vs a total unknown that's a bit spewy because he needs to be on a total bluff somewhat often to make the 3betAI profitable.
If the board was Q :spade:T :club:2 
i'd like it a lot better.
