I'm guessing the correct play here was:

PFR to 4bb
and
4-bet/fold preflop

He was (184 hands):
VPIP: 27%
PFR: 17%
AGG: 1.9
Agg%: 38% on flop

5 folds, Hero raises to $0.30, BU raises to $0.90, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.60.

Hero checks, BU bets $1.00, Hero folds, BU gets uncalled bet back.

Final Pot: $1.95.

I am never folding KK vs BU preflop. The correct play is to get it in preflop or get it in postflop on that flop.. Why fold???

*edit* Oh...your topic title says KK, but u had AKo? Assuming it is AKo, then I would either 4bet or fold preflop. If you just call, you will be OOP without initiative and will miss more than you hit... so it is the worst play.

Hi,

He has a full stack, reasonable stats and it's BUvsCO. Given that, i think his 3betting/fold range should be wide enough for you to profitably 4bet AK in that spot.

After that for 100bb with the dead money already in the pot you have equity to go broke against a range as strong as QQ+/AK, so it's fine.
