Hi,

I was wondering how much time it takes to handle a ticket.

It's about the PartyPoker promo, I got a ticket saying that the 50$ couldn't be send to my account because I forgot to validate my money account. After I read that I validated my account and replied to the ticket saying that everthing is allright now.

I hope some one can look into it, because I really want to get started, on my day of.

My ticket ID is #77194 and it was dealt with by fulex.

Can't help you out but you can try to write a new ticket (no respond on the old) This way another support member gets the ticket and may help you out.

But please consider that the money tranfer can take up to 48h. If this time isn't pass yet you should wait a bit longer

Here you just learned the first important rule of poker: patience!

You will get your money tomorrow...

We are quite busy doing transfers at the moment.
ALso the addition of titan poker made our support team quite busy

I would like to share that there are to much lucky donkeys on PP.com

you should try reading the articles here, following bankroll management, and common sense too... (don't play half your bankroll on one table...) play according to the starting hands chart (SHC), and the general strategy given here, and you'll find it's possible to win...
