hi I didn't receive my money yet i don't know why as I was asked by the email that I should send my id for some security reason then i send it to you guys but still didn't got it ? please do something its been a week now thnx .

Maybe you received another mail. (spam folder checked?)

Sir I have checked everything my mails my junks even my ticket section, What I have done since sending the id that I have send seperate mail of request through my email and wrote a ticket on ur web but still three days now no response? thnx ... cannot wait to play and implement your rules on partypoker game.
