flop easy shove but would fold this preflop , its ok to call for set value on early levels but think want to protect position a bit

I also don't like the limp. either raise or fold with this stacksize.

dont like the limp.
with an M of 13 i think i just fold unless the table is weak/lose or weak tight so that there is close to zero chance somebdy attacks the limpers.
if this is the case you can limp, otherwise fold or raise.
on the flop im getting it in
even if you are behind you have plenty of outs to improve.
