I like the 4bet, but I would fold to the 5bet shove.
But a quick equity calculation suggests that you need around 32% equity for this call to be profitable, and against the ranges below (without reads), you have 34%. It's quite a marginal call though.

I'd play cold4-bet like you did, but it's a clear fold after BU shoves.
Reasons: His min3-bet ip/shove looks a lot like KK+, (maybe sometimes AKs) against KK+ you are toast and against AKs you only have a flip => fold

Yeah, but I'm still not so sure about the call though.. Hero has shown great strength with his 4bet and BU still shoves after MP2 flat calls so his range could be even tighter here. I would probably just save my 76bb.
I don't think you can fold to shove, especially if theres a midstack in the hand too. Once you 4bet you are basically commited to the hand.
If BU is a complete nit who never bets/raises then you have a tough decision after the min3bet. Otherwise, on NL10 I would 4bet/shove.

If you don't know anything about BU cold4bet/calling is fine, lots of people plays AK like KK+ nowadays and as long as he has that in his range you'll get odds to go broke, or close to it. Not to mention he might just be a complete idiot getting excited because of all the action, you can't fold after you 4bet him imo.
If BU is an overall tight player that you've seen make normal sized 3bets too, or you saw him flatting AK preflop or something similar, then it's way more likely his min3betting range will crush you, so as weak as it looks you might be better off taking a flop immediately against weaker ranges and treating QQ like a lower pocket pair, as "isolating" the 40bb fish with QQ isn't worth jeopardizing 100bb against BU, especially when you don't even know if he'll ever fold anything he min3bet with to your 4bet.

Thanx. I thought that the BU either has a monster or wants to isolate the MP2. I didn't have reads on them, as we only played about 10 hands in that session. I put one of them on 77+ or AKs+o and the other one on JJ+ or AKs+o. That gives me like 36,5%, the tighter player 38,5% and the "looser" player 25% .
The only problem was : Who's who? If the MP2 is the tighter and the BU is the looser and tries to push me out of the pot, I am ahead. Otherwise, I still have some kind of odds and I won't look to afraid to race.
The MP2 had JJ and the BU had AA, the board came KxyKQ, I got my card and won the pot. The question is: was it a good, solid play or not.
The interesting part was the reaction of the BU, who said: how can you call with that? As if he didn't want me to call him preflop with a weaker hand... 
Well, this may be a bit of a spewy approach, but I'm not much in favour of folding QQ preflop 6 handed on NL10.
I just see too many people getting it in with hands like 99, AK and AQ preflop to make me invest this much and then muck, so nh in my opinion.
