I like your call flop/raise turn line but I would fold to a 3-bet. He will have at least two pairs+ and you have to pay 2BB to see a SD of 9 so you have to be ahead 1:4,5. Unless you know he is over agressive you can fold here with a clear conscious.
Now that I look at this again I would just calldown. Q is really a bad card for you as many draws completed so I would just let him bluff if he is doing so.
Keep in mind that there is nothing wrong with the line you chose. call flop/ raise GOOD turn(and Q is not a good turn)
