Hi,

The better he is the less value there is on the river since decent players won't show up there and call a third bet on the river without at least AQ. If he's a bad player it's fine to valuebet again against worse Ax hands.

When he raises the river i think you're dead most of the time, unless you weakish bet somehow induced a bluff raise which it rarely will. You're looking at 2 pairs+ always on the value side. I think it's a fold even with those odds, but you can't fault a call too much either.
